GARDASIL

• The IWU Health Center has carefully considered the ethical issues surrounding this immunization paradigm and has decided to not stock nor provide Gardasil. However, if a patient has already begun the series of 3 vaccines with a home medical provider and need to finish the series while attending IWU, the Health Center will assist you in this process. Please contact the IWU Health Center with any questions at (765) 677-2206 or email at healthcenter@indwes.edu.
  • Student must produce a copy of vaccine records stating that Gardasil series was started with home medical provider and the date(s) given.
  • Family physician must write a script for Gardasil.
  • Student would then take the script to Professional Arts Pharmacy to be filled.
  • The Pharmacy will run any insurance available for payment. Student will be responsible for co-pay or uninsured cost via cash or credit card.
  • Student would then immediately return to the Health Center for administration of vaccine.
  • Student will be charged an administration fee.
