Baldwin Dining Center

Baldwin Dining Center, IWU's all-you-can-eat dining area, seats up to 1,100 students and serves 23 meals each week during the academic year. Staffed by Pioneer College Caterers, Baldwin's kitchen offers a wide variety of choices at each meal, including a main entrée and side items, a specialty bar, health food options, a well-stocked salad bar, a pizza bar, grill food, cereals, and desserts. With the exception of cereals and pizza, each of these selections changes daily, providing students with an array of alternatives for their on-campus diet and nutrition.

Several times during the year, Baldwin hosts theme nights and special events, including the popular "Battle of the Chefs." The facility is named in honor of Russel S. Baldwin-"Mr. B."-a former IWU treasurer who was well known and much loved around campus.
