Group Visit Opportunities

We invite you to bring a group of three or more prospective students, accompanied by a sponsor, to visit Indiana Wesleyan University and experience first hand the fun, fellowship, and excitement of a Christian liberal arts university. Be creative - it could be your youth pastor with your church youth group, your high school guidance counselor with classmates, your parents with cousins or best friends! Here's how it works. . .

Complete a Group Visit Information Form and return it to the Admissions Office at least two weeks before the visit. The ideal time to visit is Thursday night and Friday. We'll provide a personalized schedule that must include the following: Accommodations for prospective students for one night; An interview with an Admissions counselor; A tour of the campus; and Chapel In addition to these activities, your visit may include: Up to three meals in Baldwin Dining Center; Personal visits with professors to discuss career plans; Visiting a class; Talking with a coach about intercollegiate sports opportunities; and Free admission to campus activities.

This offer applies during the academic calendar year, not during summer or vacation breaks. Sorry - it cannot be used for Saturday or Sunday visits, Spring Youth Conference, or Junior High Weekend.

Indiana Wesleyan University will reimburse your group for actual gas expenses up to $200 when all arrangements have been made with the Assistant Coordinator of Campus Visits prior to the visit. Make sure to start out with a full tank of gas that fill-up is your expense. As you make your way to Marion, keep your gas receipts. When you arrive in Marion, do your final fill-up and then give the receipt(s) to the Assistant Coordinator of Campus Visits in the Admissions Office. A check for twice the amount (up to $200) will be mailed to you within three weeks.
