Interested in getting intercultural experience on an actual mission field while you study? IWU is the place for you. While you are at IWU, there will be hundreds of students who go on short term (or longer internships) missions trips. Every year, there is specific training for these trips and a massive coordinated effort. Some trips are for more inexperienced students and are accompanied by a professor or coach. Other trips are designed for highly trained upper class students and may be made up totally of students with student coaches. After these trips, your intercultural classes will never be the same.
