Indiana Wesleyan University is sponsored by the Wesleyan denomination, but our ministry students come from several different denominations. The largest single group, about half, comes from the Wesleyan church, a descendant branch of the Methodist church that is evangelical in its commitment to living a godly life and changing the world. The other half of our religion division students comes from denominations including Methodist, Christian Missionary Alliance, Nazarene, Baptist, Free Methodist, Reformed, Lutheran, Salvation Army, Presbyterian, charismatic and independent churches.
