Christian Ministries
The Christian ministries degree will train you to be pastors or staff ministers in a variety of church ministries. The program combines classical religion studies such as theology and church history along with a generous amount of practical ministry courses like leadership, counseling, worship and Christian education. This degree meets the ordination requirements for some denominations (e.g. The Wesleyan Church) and is a solid practical foundation for those who go on to seminary. The students in this major are highly active in campus ministries as well as working in numerous local churches every week where they lead worship, run exciting youth ministries and work with needy people. The CM degree is our largest degree program and includes both men and women who are headed into church ministries in their future. It is an exciting and large program. Come join us!
