A growing demand in the field of health, wellness, and fitness is creating a need for qualified professionals. The applied health and fitness degree prepares students for careers in areas such as corporate fitness, personal training, strength and conditioning, and related fields. Students will also be prepared to sit for certification exams from organizations such as the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
