Aquatics A.R.C Swim Lessons

ARC Swim Lessons | Activity Classes | Employment

American Red Cross Learn to Swim Programs are being offered at IWU each semester. These sessions run for 9 weeks. Cost is $30 per child for Faculty, Staff, Varsity Club, Swim Club members or $40 for community.

Classes Offered:
1. Wildcat Kids: Children ages three to five years are introduced to safety and basic strokes in the water. These children use the assistance of a floatation device.
2. Group Lessons: Basic through advanced skills are taught using the American Red Cross Station-to-Station method. For children who no longer need assistance with a floatation device.
3. Adult Group Lessons: These classes are only offered on a one-on-one basis and should be scheduled through the Aquatics Director, Dawn Castro.

Class times will be as follows:
  9:00 - 9:30am
  9:35 - 10:05am
  10:10 - 10:40am
  10:45 - 11:15am
  11:20 - 11:50am
