General Information
Keith is an associate professor in the business division at Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion, Indiana where he studies and lectures in marketing strategy and strategic planning.

Keith began his career working with Westinghouse after graduating with a degree in metallurgy from Penn State. He continued his graduate studies at the University of South Florida obtaining both an M.B.A. and a Ph.D.

Dr. Starcher spent several years with General Electric and, prior to joining the full-time teaching staff at Geneva College, he was President of Zion Industries, an induction heat-treating firm with plants in Ohio and North Carolina.

When not thinking about business strategy, he enjoys golfing. Keith grew up in western Pennsylvania where he met his wife, Margaret. They have raised four children and enjoy spending time with their five grandchildren.

Professional Involvement
Keith is a member of the Christian Business Faculty Association.

Dr. Starcher is also President of Intentionally Excellent, LLC, a firm serving small business owners by providing insights and ideas regarding marketing strategy and strategic planning. Dr. Starcher has 30+ years of experience in both Fortune 500 and small, family-owned companies. His primary objective in counseling small-business owners is to help them create a blend of resources and capabilities that lead to competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Accomplishments and Interests
Keith founded Leaders Serving Beaver County (www.ls-bc.org) in western Pennsylvania in 2003. LSBC's mission is to build and maintain an organization of Christian business persons where members can discover how to more fully conduct business successfully in a Christ-like manner with the primary purpose of glorifying God and being a blessing to Beaver County.

The LSBC mission is to be accomplished by monthly small-group meetings, occasional county-wide meetings, and service to Beaver County through practical projects that bring glory to God and meet county needs.
