Summer Scholars Program

Indiana Wesleyan University is offering an academically competitive, two-week learning opportunity for high school seniors. This rigorous academic program is designed for high school students interested in the integration of Christian faith and learning, and/or considering IWU as a possible university selection.
Twenty-five students will be awarded a FULL TUITION SCHOLARSHIP (worth $1,032) to attend Indiana Wesleyan’s Summer Scholars Program. These rising seniors will be selected to live and study on the IWU campus from July 6 – July 19, 2008 – (Room and board costs approximately $600). During these two weeks of intensive learning, students will have
an opportunity to earn three academic credits. These credits are also transferable to other institutions.
"During my four years at IWU, I’ve had the opportunity to experience incredible growth both spiritually and academically. In classes my professors have challenged me to examine my beliefs and ideas from new perspectives, always concerned that I keep Christ as the focus of my academic life. Outside of class, my friends and mentors have been vital in counseling me along my spiritual journey, encouraging me to spend time with God in devotion and prayer daily. My experiences at IWU have been life changing, and I know that the lessons I’ve learned will remain with me for many years to come."
