Why chemistry?
I really enjoyed science as a kid. I wanted to become a scientist and discover new things about how the universe works. I have had interests in astronomy, engineering, and chemistry, but I was blessed with having excellent chemistry teachers in both High School and college. Their excitement about the subject was infective. I also like the charming glassware and instrumentation associated with chemistry!

Which classes do you teach?
Organic Chemistry I and II
Biological Chemistry I
Chemistry and Artists’ Colors
Inorganic Chemistry
Research in Chemistry
