Faculty
The faculty at IWU are some of the most dedicated and caring that can be found on any college campus. Eighty-five percent of science, math and computer faculty have doctoral degrees from universities such as Indiana University, Clemson University, Ball State University, University of Michigan and Purdue University. Most have published in scientific literature, have ongoing undergraduate research projects and have backgrounds in teaching, industry and government research. In addition, each faculty member teaches two or three courses each semester which enables them to stay in touch with students’ needs and ideas that fuel research.
